ROGER RICH | President and Founder |

Thirty-eight years in the Fragrance, Flavor and Cosmetic Industry. Previously employed by Bush Boake Allen as President USA, and President Worldwide for Florasynth Inc.

ODILA ZOCCA | Vice-President Technology and Founder|

Ms. Zocca has over twenty years of experience in the cosmetic, fragrance and flavor industries which include Unilever, Quest, Ungerer, Bush Boake Allen and J. Manheimer. Her knowledge of raw materials, essential oils and specialty bases gives Premier the background necessary to be one of the leaders in duplications and creations of new fragrances and flavors.

VAL OLMO | Vice-President Operations and Founder |

Twenty plus years experience in the Fragrance, Flavor and Spice Industries. Previous employer was Bush Boake Allen with responsibilities through the years in compounding, sales, planning, customer service, purchasing and operations. This background is aiding Premier in becoming a leader in customer service.

MARNIE MCBREEN | Account Executive |

Account Executive for the Metropolitan NY area including Rhode Island, Massachusetts, Maryland, Pennsylvania, and Ohio.

TERRY PEIRCE | Account Executive |

Before moving to the U.S. was with IFF in England for twelve years total: six spent in odor evaluation and six in sales.  Worked for four years at Tombarel, a French company specializing in natural products.  Then spent two years with Givaudan.  Upon moving to the U.S.A. she worked in both sales and evaluation at CMA, part of a large French company, which had acquired Tombarel.  After spending time with both Kato (also specializing in natural products) and Shaw Mudge, she joined Premier and has been a valuable asset for four years.

RICHARD THABIT | Thabit Associates, Inc.

Richard has over thirty nine years experience in raw materials and finished product design, development, applications, marketing and sales.  Prior to founding Thabit Associates, Inc. in 2001, he was Vice President Sales, North America for Uniqema.  Additionally, he was Vice President Sales & Marketing for Mona Industries, served as a Vice President at Givaudan- Roure Corporation, Fritzsche Dodge & Olcott (BASF) and Nice-Pak Products.  His early career included 15 years at Avon Products Inc. in various technical and management positions.  He currently represents Premier in New Jersey and Metropolitan New York.

RICHARD TOKOSH |

Richard Tokosh has over thirty five years experience in the Soap Bar industry.  He was the R&D Product Manager for the DOVE and Caress brands at Unilever for ten years.  Additionally, he managed all of Avon's domestic/ international formulations and processing worldwide for twenty five years.  Since he traveled to sixteen countries to address formulation, processing, and marketing plans for Avon, he has gained extensive global experience.  At the current time he has nine patents and three additional patents pending.
