The Company

Premier Specialties, Inc. was established in 1999 and manufactures Fragrance Compounds, Flavor Compounds, Cosmeceuticals and Innovative Natural Cosmetic Specialties. For its customers, Premier offers the unique opportunity to custom source new cosmeceuticals of high purity and a standardized level of active materials that have strong scientific support as well as the ability to achieve perceptible improvement in the health and appearance of skin and hair.

Premier is a privately owned company with sales in excess of $5 million dollars. The company has achieved its success and sales with today’s leading U.S. Cosmetic, Personal, and Household Multinational Corporations; made possible with innovative creations in cosmeceuticals, quality fragrances and flavors at very competitive prices using novel concepts.

In February of 2003 Premier acquired a significant minority interest in APAESA (Aromas, Perfumes, Aceites Essenciales y Sabores S.A.) in Guatemala. As a combined force, Premier/APAESA is the largest manufacturer of fragrances in Central America and the Caribbean, and a major producer and exporter of Citronella and Cardamom Oils. This new venture not only provides APAESA / Premier with a mutual manufacturing facility in Guatemala City, but also allows the distribution Premier Fragrances / Flavors, and cosmetic materials throughout Central America, and allows APAESA to gain the resources to expand further its share with Premier’s fragrance and flavor technology. In addition to the U.S. and Central America, Premier also has manufacturing capabilities in China through a strategic business alliance with facilities in Shanghai, Tianjin, and Shenzhen.

The Service

Our mission is to give quality natural materials and fragrances at lower prices with excellent customer service. We operate with lower costs as a percentage of sales than the majority of our competitors. In addition, we have invested money in state of the art operating / manufacturing systems including a large investment in technologies such as Mass Spec. and Gas Chromatography. All of this is based in a simple, no frills, 15,000 sq. ft. manufacturing facility in Middlesex, NJ.

With the creative and analytical capabilities of our technology and people, we are as well equipped if not better than companies ten times our size. More importantly, we are entrepreneurs, hungry, and very flexible to meet the needs of our clients.
